When new restaurant owners Nelva and Omar set out to transform their successful catering business into a brick-and-mortar restaurant — El Sazón de Alférez — they turned to Thirty 30 Consulting for expert guidance. ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification

We coordinated and proctored all certification exams, ensuring that all managers received their required ServSafe Food Protection Manager training and credentials.


POS System Selection, Installation, and Onboarding

We evaluated multiple POS options, provided recommendations based on their business needs, and coordinated the installation of all network cabling.Additionally, we trained all staff on the POS system to ensure seamless daily operations.


Security Camera System Selection

We explored and presented camera system options that best fit the restaurant’s needs, then coordinated and executed the full installation.Our team also handled system setup, ensuring all cameras were fully functional and optimized for security and monitoring.


Network Selection and Setup

We installed and configured the restaurant’s internet and Wi-Fi network, organized the network rack, and provided complete cable management across all systems — including POS, cameras, network, phones, and audio.


Domain Acquisition and Website Development

We purchased the restaurant’s domain and developed a custom website designed to reflect the brand’s identity and meet customer expectations.


Payroll System Setup and Onboarding

We implemented a new payroll system, onboarding the business and all employees to ensure accurate setup and efficient payroll processing.


Operations Management

We developed an operations blueprint designed to ensure efficiency and scalability as the business grows. This plan detailed how daily operations should function smoothly while supporting long-term expansion. Our approach focused on guest experience, staff and operations management, and leadership development. We emphasized training leaders, not just managers, and worked to foster staff buy-in to align the entire team with the restaurant’s business model.
